This is what you can expect

Just in case you’ve not already got the picture: yes, we are different. We talk differently. We think and consult differently from what you’re accustomed to - but we are definitely going to fulfil your expectations.
For long enough, I, too, was a manager in a large concern. Thus I’ve had many years of opportunity to ask myself with increasing irritation why consulting and coaching don’t meet my expectations. Why consultants have to be such a lot of sterile people who always think they are right, who what to sell me their elevated ideas for dear money and then when I’ve carried out those ideas, they just smile and leave me to it. I wanted to do things differently. So now, my team and I do just that.
We’ll provide you with some tried and tested strategies for success. But, we’ll also support you as you carry these out and this support will be so extensive, intensive and personal that you will feel substantially relieved of the strain, you’ll be able to harvest all the fruits of your labour, and harvest with absolute assurance: we’ll roll up your sleeves for you!
And we’ll do this not just for your change effort; it will be a very personal thing too. Our "Coaching with heart and mind" gets managers so fit that they can rise to every challenge and achieve all their goals, targets, tasks and changes more quickly and easily. You can take our word for it!
If you are looking for off-the-peg solutions - please go elsewhere. We don’t have any one-size-fits-all answers. You’re not going to see any mighty tomes full of ideas. And for a start, you won’t see us at all. Because in the first instance, we’ll have disappeared off into your business with our clipboards, magnifying glasses and stop watches to find the hidden bottlenecks that are reducing your successes to a trickle or even a complete stop. Then we’ll work together to remove the obstacles; those obstacles and only those.
This means that we shall not be prescribing mass redundancies if your business is simply lacking in communication. We’re not going to fool you with an X for a U. If the problem is sales, we’ll get that section fit. If it’s not broken, we won’t fix it! In this way, we shan’t be propping up the bits that don’t need it. Have you got a company culture? Of course you have! And we’ll respect that. If you want to go in hard, then so will we. And if you want to be more collegial, we shall be your new colleagues. For new ideas and concepts to be successful, you’ve got to feel good about it all.
As you will have realized by now: we don’t hide behind highfalutin consultant speak. We get down to brass tacks. We’ll say it as it is. All of us on the team have practical experience; we talk practicalities and think practical solutions. We don’t say "audit" when we can say: put it to the acid test! Only schoolmasters and wimps try to pull the wool over your eyes with academic loan word twaddle.
Of course you’ll be paying us. But not for anaemic ideas. We don’t leave until you achieve what you engaged us for. No sooner and no later. You have my word. |
